To secure your spot at Winterflug 2010 please 1. answer this eMail asap and give us:

• Your Mobile Number
• Number of Players and
• Number of Players that need a sleeping spot including Breakfast -->from Friday to Saturday and -->from Saturday to Sunday.

Your fee consists of:

100 Euro Team-fee + 10 Euro each player + 15 Euro Bed&Breakfast Fri-Sat each player +15 Euro Bed&Breakfast Sat-Sun each player

That means: you may transfer the whole sum by now. For example for 10 Players that all sleep at the hostel it would be 500 Euro.

If you are unsure about final numbers you NEED to transfer 200 Euro by now to secure your spot. The rest must be transferred 2 weeks before the tournament and the very final count (+-) is to be done at the tournament.

If you miss to confirm and transfer within these next two weeks your spot will be offered to the waiting list teams. Cancellation will be possible until two weeks before the tournament. After that date we can't refund your fees.
